When you contact us via www.edwardbryanremovals.co.uk you will be asked to provide certain information about yourself including your name, email address and the nature of your enquiry. We may also collect ‘data’ about you, including address details and contact phone numbers, from e-mails or letters you send to us or from telephone conversations with you. Your ‘data’ will enable us to supply the information you have requested it will also let us contact you as necessary concerning your enquiry. We may also use and analyse the information we collect so that we can administer, support, improve and develop our business. Personal data is used only to meet our operational needs or fulfil legal requirements.

Disclosure of your information

The information you provide to us will be held in the Isle of Man and accessed by or given to our staff or designated agents working for Edward Bryan Removals. Unless required to do so by law, we will not otherwise share, sell or distribute any of the information you provide.

Security and data retention

We employ security measures to protect your information from access by unauthorised persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage. We will retain your information for a reasonable period or as long as the law requires. Information held in confidential documents held in Archive storage is not collected as data other than the storage box barcode and number relating to each box with the box client/owner reference, contact and billing details.

Accessing and updating
